肖钰 副教授
个人简介:
肖钰,副教授,博士生导师,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。2017年获工学博士学位(北京理工大学),2017-2019年于清华大学从事博士后研究,2019年加入中山大学。
主要从事毫米波/太赫兹技术、阵列天线、射频天线微系统集成技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金、国家“十三五”、“十四五”预研课题及研究所横向课题5项。作为项目核心成员,参与基础加强、科技部重点研发等课题多项。获省部级技术发明二等奖一项。在IEEE Trans. TAP、IEEE Trans. MTT、IEEE Trans. TTST、Applied Physics Letters等国内外期刊与会议发表学术论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利9项。
主讲本科专业必修课《微波技术与天线》、《微波技术与天线实验》。

研究领域:
在毫米波/太赫兹技术方面,主要开展用于目标探测的小型化毫米波/太赫兹射频前端(RF Front-End)研究,包括毫米波平板天线、毫米波收发链路、基于体硅等封装工艺的太赫兹/毫米波天线和收发组件的一体化三维集成(SOP)等研究;在阵列天线方面,主要基于人工电磁材料、特征摸等新结构和新理论,开展低成本电磁超表面相控阵(RIS)、硅基三维封装相控阵天线(AIP)和宽带宽角相控阵天线等研究。同时,对多模滤波器、超宽带天线及测向技术也有浅显涉猎。
